How long will it take to receive my order?

- Orders placed after April 25th are not guaranteed for first session trunk pick-up.
- Cloz orders are shipped UPS Ground. Ground delivery days are Monday through Friday.
- Camp Orders are custom to your Camp.
- They take time to process, plan accordingly for receipt and give yourself time to
make an exchange if necessary.
- Normal order production time takes 14 to 21 business days (3 to 4 weeks).
Our goal is to exceed this schedule, but in some cases due to demand and high standards
your order may take up to 21 days to process before shipping.
- You will receive an estimated ship date when placing your order via e-mail confirmation.
- The estimated ship date is an estimate. Customer Service Representatives cannot
guarantee delivery dates.
Does Clöz Nametape Orders?
If you are interested in having Cloz sew nametapes into each and item (every sock,
pair of underwear etc.) you purchase from us, simple follow these directions:
- Purchase a minimum of 100 sew-in nametapes. Cloz will not sew-in Iron-on tapes,
however you may purchase them for your own home use.
- Unless you are using a single name for all your children, you must place separate
orders for each child. Cloz cannot combine multiple children on the same order
with different names.
Can I send in my old tapes?
Unfortunately you cannot. Your order may be entered in an area separate from where
your pick list will be printed. Cloz cannot assure the tapes you include with your
mail order will be matched up with the printed pick list. If you want your order
to be nametaped, please purchase the minimum 100 sew-in tapes.
How can I expedite my order?
- If you're in a hurry, Cloz suggest you take advantage
of our express shipping.
- Once your order has been completed, Cloz can express your order for a small additional
charge (see order form).
- Cloz can provide you the delivery date of your order once it has been completed
and e-mail you the tracking number from the carrier.
- Cloz makes every effort to ship your order complete, however the nominal express
shipping charge does not apply to any back ordered merchandise.
- Back ordered merchandise will be shipped UPS Ground.
- Shipping rates apply to deliveries within the continental United States. Deliveries
outside the continental USA require additional shipping charges.
- Please call our customer service department by phone at 773-247-8879 between 7:30AM and 4PM (CST) Monday through Friday for the appropriate charges.
Why can't I place both my children on one order?
- If you are ordering for the same Camp and you are not having nametapes sewn into your
clothing, or you are using a single name for your nametapes, you can place one order
for both or multiple children.
- Different Camps receive different logos and are not necessarily processed at the
same time or in the same place. Even if it is a "brother / sister" Camp, you must
place separate orders.
