Online Returns
If you need to return or exchange an item you have purchased for any reason, please visit www.cloz.com/returns first. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) PRIOR to sending any merchandise back to Cloz. You will need an RA # for any return, exchange, or warranty issue. You may obtain a number by either visiting our website 24/7 www.cloz.com/returns or by calling customer service 773-247-8879 between 7:30AM and 4PM (CST) Monday through Friday.
How to Return a Product

  1. Please visit www.cloz.com/returns first. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) prior to returning any merchandise by mail, FedEx or UPS. You may also obtain a RA # by contacting customer service 773-247-8879 between 7:30AM and 4PM (CST) Monday through Friday
  2. Once you have obtained your RA #, please write the number on the outside of your package. Please include a copy of your return form with your merchandise. You may obtain a copy of your return form from the www.cloz.com/returns site or from customer service via e-mail confirmation.
  3. Upon inclusion of your form with your merchandise, and once you have indicated your RA number on the outside of your package, please send your return via an insured carrier to:

  4. Please make sure you ship your package insured and prepaid via FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL. Cloz will not accept responsibility for uninsured or non-receipt verification returned packages. How to Exchange a Product

  5. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, Cloz will process your return/exchange and send the replacement items to you via ground delivery. Your replacement order will be charged $12.95 shipping and handling. Returning the merchandise you wish to exchange is your responsibility.
  6. Express shipping your exchange will incur additional fees. Please contact customer service 773-247-8879 between 7:30AM and 4PM (CST) Monday through Friday for express shipping prices.
  7. If Cloz has made a mistake on your order, we will credit you for insured ground return receipt delivery or issue a call tag to retrieve the items. Issuance of a call tag can only be achieved by calling customer service 773-247-8879 between 7:30AM and 4PM (CST) Monday through Friday.
What if I'm in a rush for my Exchange?

  • Place an "Advance Exchange". You can place an "Advance Exchange" by calling customer service.
  • Essentially you will be returning your merchandise for credit, and placing a new order for "exchanged" items.
  • Nametapes will not be sewn into Advance Exchange Merchandise.
  • You will be charged in full for your Advance Exchange Merchandise once it is shipped.
  • You will receive credit for your returned merchandise, subject to the Cloz policy, upon Cloz' receipt.
  • Your Advance Exchange processing time will be expedited. However, it will be shipped UPS Ground.
If you wish to expedite the shipping time, the additional express shipping charges will be your responsibility.
